Програма ЄС «U-LEAD з Європою» допоможе 150 ЦНАП дотримуватися правил безпеки під час карантину English version is below Програма «U-LEAD з Європою», що співфінансується ЄС та його країнами-членами Данією, Естонією, Німеччиною, Польщею та Швецією, передасть для 150 Центрів надання адміністративних послуг (ЦНАП) у громадах набори для організації безпечного приміщення ЦНАП, які допоможуть дотримуватися карантинних обмежень під час пандемії COVID-19. До набору входять індивідуальні захисні екрани для працівників та великий захисний екран для ЦНАП, у яких є рецепція, а також стікери з рекомендацією тримати безпечну дистанцію для зон очікування, прийому відвідувачів, стікери-нагадування вдягти маску при вході до приміщення та ретельно мити руки у вбиральні. Набір було розроблено на основі міжнародного досвіду, рекомендацій Уряду та експертів щодо виходу з карантину для сервісних установ: https://tsnap.ulead.org.ua/exit. «Наша програма наполегливо працює, створюючи належні ЦНАП по всій Україні. До початку пандемії ми встигли підтримати створення 144 належних центрів, від будівництва ЦНАП «з нуля» в громаді до реорганізації системи надання послуг на рівні району чи області. Загалом, ми допоможемо відкрити майже 500 центрів, а поки що, сподіваємося,  набори для маркування вже працюючих ЦНАП допоможуть громадам безпечніше надавати послуги під час пандемії», зазначила Сусанна Делланс, директор Програми «U-LEAD з Європою» від Sida (Шведське агентство з питань міжнародної співпраці та розвитку). 144 ЦНАП, відкриті за підтримки Програми у 2017-2019 роках, зможуть організувати безпечний простір для працівників та відвідувачів під час карантинних обмежень. Every set includes individual protective screens for the staff, a large protective screen for ASCs that have a reception desk, stickers to mark safe distance in waiting and visitor reception areas, and stickers reminding to put on a face mask when entering the facility and to thoroughly wash hands in the restroom. The set was designed based on international experience as well as government and expert recommendations for service centres on how to ease the quarantine: https://tsnap.ulead.org.ua/exit. "Our programme works hard, establishing effective ASCs across Ukraine. Before the outbreak of the pandemic, we were able to provide support to the establishment of 144 well-functioning centres. Our support was ranging from the construction of an ASC in a hromada "from scratch" to reorganisation of the service delivery system at the district or regional level. Overall, we will help open almost 500 centres. For the time being, we hope that the marking sets for the operational ASCs will help hromadas provide services in a safer environment during the pandemic," said Susanna Dellans, Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) Programme Director of the U-LEAD with Europe. 144 ASCs opened with the Programme's support in 2017-2019 will be able to use the marking sets to organise a safer space for the staff and visitors for the duration of quarantine restrictions.
