EU4Business запустив мережу COVID-19 Бізнес-клінік, щоб допомогти українським малим та середнім підприємствам (МСП) відреагувати на складні економічні виклики, що стали наслідками пандемії COVID-19. Проєкт спільно фінансується ЄС та урядом Німеччини і реалізується GIZ.

Через пандемію більшість українських підприємств стикаються зі значними викликами та змушені адаптуватися до нової реальності. Згідно з останнім опитуванням «Ukrainian Business Index», проведеним за підтримки GIZ, 13% опитаних українських підприємців зуміли пристосуватися до нових умов, тоді як 19% зараз перепрофільовують свої підприємства. Для започаткування бізнесу або його розвитку в таких умовах необхідні особливі знання та навички. Так, серед освітніх тем 37% підприємців цікавить дослідження ринку, 28% – інтернет-ресурси як інструмент для експорту, 25% – фінансові питання та маркетинг, 24% хотіли б дізнатися більше про експортну стратегію. COVID-19 Бізнес-клініки мають на меті задовольнити ці потреби українських МСП для виживання в умовах кризи.

«Сьогодні чимало підприємців стикаються із труднощами, намагаючись підтримати свій бізнес у мінливих умовах пандемії COVID-19. ЄС прагне допомогти представникам українського малого і середнього бізнесу у подоланні кризи. Саме тому ми підтримуємо Бізнес-клінікидля забезпечення підприємців корисною інформацією, досвідом та знаннями, яких вони можуть особливо потребувати у цей непростий час», - каже Клое Алліо, керівниця відділу "Економічна співпраця, енергетика, інфраструктура і довкілля" Представництва Європейського Союзу в Україні.

Бізнес-клініки функціонуватимуть протягом наступних шести місяців, пропонуючи широкий спектр безкоштовних онлайн-послуг, серед яких короткі індивідуальні та групові консультації, вебінари, тренінги та форуми, ваучери на поглиблені бізнес-консультації.

Консультації будуть зосереджені на питаннях бізнес-стратегії, маркетингу, інновацій, діджиталізації, експорту та доступних програм підтримки бізнесу з боку влади та різноманітних організацій. Крім того, окремі заявники, які пройшли відбір, отримають ваучер на 30 000 грн для поглибленого консультування. Це означає, що експерти працюватимуть з тією чи іншою компанією індивідуально для вирішення її конкретних завдань та підвищення продуктивності. Перші COVID-19 Бізнес-клініки в Івано-Франківську, Харкові, Вінниці, Дніпрі, Чернігові та Миколаєві вже надають підтримку українським підприємцям.

Кожна з Бізнес-клінік має регіональну спеціалізацію. Однак учасники з усіх куточків України можуть скористатися цією підтримкою, незалежно від їхнього місця розташування чи розташування обраної Бізнес-клініки, оскільки більшість послуг надається в онлайн-режимі. До участі запрошуються МСП з різних секторів, в тому числі фізичні особи-підприємці (ФОПи). Підприємцям потрібно вибрати формат послуг, який їх цікавить, і зв'язатися з певною клінікою. Довідкова інформація:COVID-19 Бізнес-клініки створені на базі Центрів інформаційної підтримки бізнесу, що були засновані в межах EU4Business 2017 року. Клініки працюватимуть з лютого 2021 по вересень 2021 року в межах проєкту «EU4Business: конкурентоспроможність та інтернаціоналізація МСП», що фінансується ЄС та урядом Німеччини і реалізується Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Його мета – створення кращих умов для розвитку українських малих та середніх підприємств, підтримка інновацій та стимулювання експорту для стійкого та рівномірного економічного зростання. У межах підходу Team Europe проєкт також сприятиме відновленню України від наслідків COVID-19.

Опитування «Ukrainian Business Index» проводилось серед бізнес-спільноти з жовтня 2020 року по грудень 2020 року з метою виявлення впливу економічної кризи, пандемії COVID-19 та очікувань бізнесу. В опитуванні взяли участь 1496 власників та керівників українських МСП. Дослідження реалізувала платформа SheExports у партнерстві з дослідницькою компанією Gradus Research та аналітичним центром Advanter Group в межах проєкту «Застосування та реалізація Угоди про асоціацію ЄС-Україна у сфері торгівлі», що впроваджується GIZ.

COVID-19 Business Clinics open for SMEs with EU support

EU4Business launches COVID-19 Business Clinics to help Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) respond to the strained economic conditions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. The project is jointly financed by the EU and the German government and implemented by GIZ.

Due to the pandemic, most of the enterprises in Ukraine face enormous challenges and are forced to adapt to the new reality. According to the recent poll «Ukrainian Business Index», supported by GIZ, 13% of polled Ukrainian entrepreneurs did manage to adapt to the new conditions, while another 19% are currently re-profiling their enterprises. Special knowledge and skills are required to develop or start a business in such conditions. As for educational topics 37% of entrepreneurs are interested in market research, 28% in Internet resources as an instrument for export, 25% in financial issues and marketing, 24% would like to know more about export strategy. COVID-19 Business Clinics are aimed to satisfy the needs of Ukrainian SMEs to survive the crisis.

"Nowadays, many entrepreneurs face the challenge of maintaining their businesses in the quickly changing COVID-19 conditions. The EU strives to help Ukrainian SMEs overcome the current crisis; this is why we support Business Clinics to provide entrepreneurs with useful information, advice and expertise they may lack in these difficult times", says Chloé Allio, Head of the Economic Cooperation, Energy, Infrastructure and Environment Section at the EU Delegation to Ukraine.

The Business Clinics will operate in the next six months offering a range of free of charge online services that include short individual and group consultancy, webinars, trainings and forums, vouchers for in-depth business consultancy.

The consultancy will be focused on business strategy, marketing, innovation, digitalisation, export and available support instruments from the government and other organisations. In addition, selected applicants will be provided with a voucher amounting to UAH 30.000,00 for in-depth counselling. This means experts will work with a particular company to individually solve its specific tasks and increase productivity. The first COVID-19 Business Clinics in Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Chernihiv and Mykolaiv are already offering support to Ukrainian entrepreneurs.

Each of the Business Clinics has a regional specialisation. However, participants from all parts of Ukraine can benefit from this support, regardless of their location or the location of a selected Business Clinic, as most of the services are provided online. SMEs from different sectors, including individual entrepreneurs, are welcome to participate. Entrepreneurs will need to select a format of services they are interested in and contact the Clinic. Background information : The COVID-19 Business Clinics are being created on the basis of Business Information Support Centres, which have been established in the framework of EU4Business since 2017. Clinics will operate from February 2021 till September 2021 as part of the EU-funded project "EU4Business: SME competitiveness and internationalisation" implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Its objective is to create better conditions for the development of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises, support innovation and export promotion, resulting in sustainable and equitable economic growth. As part of the Team Europe approach, the initiative will also contribute to Ukraine's COVID-19 recovery.

The Survey "Ukrainian Business Index" was conducted among the business community from October 2020 till December 2020 to identify the impact of the economic crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic and business expectations. 1496 owners and managers of Ukrainian SMEs participated in the survey. The survey was executed by the SheExports platform in cooperation with Gradus Research and the Advanter Group in the framework of the project "Utilization and implementation of the Association Agreement EU-Ukraine in the sphere of trade", which is implemented by GIZ.
